Mar 2007- Present: Deputy Director for Education and Training, USAF Culture and Language Center. Responsible for daily operations of Air Force level center, including programming documenting, executing 7.5 million dollar budget. Developed and implemented Air University’s language program across three separate colleges. Developed comprehensive language plan for Air Force general purpose forces.

 May 2004 – Oct 2006: Director of Plans and Operations, College of Aerospace Doctrine, Research and Education, Montgomery, AL. Led all support and fiscal planning for a 230 person military college. Programmed, documented, executed, and managed the college’s $7.4 million dollar budget, including management of the college’s $4 million dollar support contract; oversaw all civilian and military human resources actions, including hiring, training, in/out processing, bonuses, and personnel placement. Created college’s business process model, which tied six diverse directorates together by common function. Guided all long-term strategic planning for the college.

 Apr 2002 – May 2004: Chief, Course Instruction Division, College of Aerospace Doctrine, Research and Education, Montgomery, AL. Led 20 member division of military and civilian instructors teaching resident professional continuing education curriculum, instructing 1,500 students annually. Planned, executed, and administered 34 classes in 2003 and managed student 2,250 student quotas worth over $2.8 million dollars. Led the college’s largest ever course curriculum redesign, development, and evaluation, updating over 30 instructional periods. Analyzed, modified and executed the Instructional System Development education model to target mid-level instruction for airmen.

 Jan 1998 – Jan 1999: Chief Administrative Officer, 67th Intelligence Wing, Air Intelligence Agency, San Antonio, TX. Managed the executive support office for a worldwide organization consisting of over 5,600 personnel. Directed information management activities, prepared executive-level correspondence, assisted in planning the daily and travel schedules of the chief executive officer. Final quality control for all written communication to and from the executive support office.

Jul 1995 – Jan 1998: Chief, Operations Training Division, Medina Regional Security Operations Center, San Antonio, TX. Directed, planned, developed, implemented, oversaw, and assessed all aspects of training for 1,000 Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, and civilian personnel; training included orientation training, adjunct faculty training, and operation position qualification training. Responsible for over $2 million worth of training equipment and facilities.

Aug 1992 – Jul 1995: Intelligence Staff Officer, National Security Agency, Ft Meade, MD. Applied leadership, decision making, and intelligence production skills in four key operational work centers within the National Security Agency and throughout the intelligence community.
