Programmed, documented, executed, and managed the college’s $7.4 million dollar budget, including management of the college’s $4 million dollar support contract; oversaw all civilian and military human resources actions, including hiring, training, in/out processing, bonuses, and personnel placement. Created college’s business process model, which tied six diverse directorates together by common function. Guided all long-term strategic planning for the college.
